Themes and Analysis:

The Fix portrays the relationship between the law and the media, focusing on how the media coverage changes public perception of events and judges in turn it changes the outcome of a trial.

The star-studded aspect overlays the entire story as the story is suitable to real and live situations, where concern of fame and public always rises above the basic essence of justice.

Maya Travis is a character drenched in themes of loss and more loss. It shows her years of failure as she treads through most of them and learns the hard way. She reintegrates herself into a game which is far more complicated than she envisioned it. It touches more the sacrifices one makes to work which often doesn’t seem essential, blurring the boundaries between individual and work life rather efficiently.

Firstly, Margaret Ingram should have understood that it was common knowledge that the show did not look as if it would revive anytime soon. After surprising everyone with I think who was prolly the lead character into the show, the show was essentially delayed for over two years, to air in late 2019 as it wrapped up filming in 2020.

A case where notable critics have been quite harsh, Megan Graham in her 1-star review mentioned that it is jam packed with narrative flaws. However, it still touches upon a number of problems that a number of contemporary societies are struck with problems like ‘The Pornification’ – in addition to providing decent performances, Dayana Yermakova and Ryza Matzisyak come through, Megan Graham is nowhere near entertaining in at any stage of the series for situations. For court and legal drama as a whole, this is new territory, a fully complete narrative travelling through a single line all in one season.
